LFC Hosting fully supports custom error pages with all of our hosting plans. Custom error pages are rarely supported by web hosts, but are a handy feature, allowing you to customize the messages that appear in the event of errors on your website such as File Not Found (you are linking to a page that doesn't exist) or Forbidden (you are linking to a page to which the visitor doesn't have access) errors. Custom error pages are usually much more friendly, can have the exact look and feel of your website, ask the user to notify you of the error, and give the user other options for finding what they are looking for, instead of losing them altogether.

Custom error pages are particularly useful for resellers, as they allow the reseller to completely hide the standard error messages, which, although very generic, occasionally make references to the LFC Hosting network giving away the fact that the reseller does not have their own on-site network.
