Do I have to sign a contract?

There is no minimum contract with our service; in other words, you can cancel at any time with no penalties of any kind. Refunds can be issued for those who are paying on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis and cancel in the middle of a term. If you decide to cancel within your first trial month, you won't pay a cent!

In order to get you up and running as soon as possible, we do not require a signed contract. All clients, however, must agree to the policies of Loose Foot Computing Limited, which are as binding as a signed contract.

Note that the above information only applies to our standard virtual hosting plans. Contracts for web development, colocation, etc. are negotiable.
