All of our business-oriented packages include 200 (at only $9.95 USD/month) to 500 ($39.95 USD/month) complete POP3/IMAP (Post Office Protocol 3/Internet Mail Access Protocol) e-mail accounts (e-mail accounts that are able to store mail) as well as Unlimited forward accounts (those that simply forward e-mail to another address) and autoresponders (those that automatically respond with a preset message, which can be linked with POP3/IMAP accounts or forwarding accounts).
These e-mail accounts can be dispersed among all of your domain names as you chose. This means you could have myname@mysite.com and myfriendsname@myfriendssite.com. From a business perspective, having an e-mail account for each of your staff members @yourbusiness.com is much more professional than using a third party service (Hotmail, for example) and/or having a generic e-mail account for all of your staff.
LFC Hosting takes easy-to-use self-service administration to a whole new level. All POP3/IMAP accounts, forwarding accounts, autoresponders, and all of our other innovative e-mail features can be managed instantly and automatically through our one-of-a-kind centralized LFC account Control Panel, not available with competing hosting services.
The Control Panel also puts the power in your hands with flexible advanced SPAM filtering and virus scanning settings to virtually eliminate SPAM and viruses. If viruses are detected, they are immediately deleted, preventing them from ever hitting your mailbox.

IMAP - Internet Message Access Protocol
IMAP is a method of managing your e-mail that stores a single centralized copy right on the server, rather than on your local computer (POP3). When connected via IMAP, you can review, create, delete and manage messages and folders/mailboxes, and search contents remotely without ever downloading your e-mail to your computer. No matter where you login, you will see the same copy of your e-mail, organized into your own folders/mailboxes.
LFC Webmail
All e-mail accounts that you create with LFC Hosting can be accessed using any regular stand-alone e-mail program (or "client") like Microsoft Outlook, Eudora or Entourage for Mac, just to name a few. However, LFC's Webmail service, provided free-of-charge with all of our hosting plans (starting at only $9.95/month), takes e-mail to another level by providing the ability to access and manage your email over the web anywhere in the world, 24/7, from any computer with a modern web browser and Internet connection. Webmail can be easily accessed by anyone on individual e-mail accounts, including your staff, business associates, and, if you are a reseller, your customers themselves through a white-labelled interface.
To offer you the utmost flexibility, we provide the ability to activate your choice of industry-standard, best-of-breed Webmail program(s) on each of your domain names through the innovative LFC Control Panel. Each available Webmail client excels in different areas. The current Webmail clients supported by LFC are:
- SquirrelMail: Provides compatibility with all modern browsers along with a plethora of functionality including an address book, spell checker, plug-ins, multiple language support, and more.
- RoundCube: Uses AJAX technology and Web 2.0 interface standards to provide a more natural user experience similar to that of a traditional desktop email client. With the aid of drag-and-drop message support and seamless user interaction, RoundCube is a fast, easy-to-use alternative.
Forward accounts are e-mail addresses that simply forward to another e-mail address. For example, sales@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com and marketing@yourdomain.com may all forward to the same staff member, making your company appear larger than it really is! A single address can also forward to multiple people, allowing for easy collaboration. For example, perhaps you want all sales inquiries to go to your sales person, as well as the manager who oversees the department, or all orders to be automatically sent to a variety of people within your company for fulfillment.
Finally, they allow you to continue to receive all of your e-mail at your existing address with your ISP if you so desire, while still achieving the professionalism of a yourname@yourbusiness.com address for your customers and prospects.

Catch-all Accounts: Accounts that automatically receive any e-mail sent to a non-existent e-mail address at your domain name
(eg: nonexistent@yourname.com), absolutely ensuring that you receive all e-mail sent to your domain from customers, prospects, etc.
Always-BCC Accounts: Accounts that automatically receive a blind copy of all e-mail sent to another e-mail account on your domain, useful for overseeing staff and projects.
Auto Responders provide the ability to send an automatic message back to anyone who sends you e-mail. This is useful if you are away on vacation or want to provide alternate contact information, basic information about your company and products/services (typically at your sales address), or troubleshooting info, an FAQ, etc. (typically at your technical support address) instantly in response to an e-mail inquiry.

Substitutions: Personalize your auto-responder email with the current date, the other persons name and more giving your response a more human touch.
Rate Limiting: Intelligently set the number of minutes that must elapse before the Auto Responder will send another response to the same person.
Finally, competing services typically limit the size of your individual e-mail boxes on the server to a low number, such as 5 MB. Unlike virtually all other hosts, LFC Hosting is unique by not placing a separate space quota on your e-mail accounts or a limit on the size of messages that you can send and receive. Rather, the disk space that your e-mail accounts occupy on our e-mails servers is limited only by the total disk space included with your account, allowing you send and receive large e-mail attachments and avoid worrying about your e-mail account exceeding its quota when you are on vacation.
