After searching through countless hosting providers, LFC Hosting was the one I went with. Comparing price versus features, they are very competitive, however their reliability and ability to work through problems was what made me stick with them. After 4 months with them, I now have 8 domains with them. From an international perspective (most of my customers are in Singapore) the sites load well and the service is quite good considering they are not in our time zone - we can always rely on LFC Hosting to get back to us within 24 hours. Now I've been with LFC for some while, and I've become accustomed to the rhythm of how things work, and the somewhat different way that you do things. I've found the arrangements very satisfactory and economical.
I particularly like the "self-service" approach to support--if I do things myself, then I know just what has been done. The work to put it into an email is the same as the work to do it myself--but then, when I do it myself, it's done and I know it's done, I don't have to watch for someone else to do it.
I have quite a high opinion of your service, and as my business grows, my use of your service will as well.
