In regards to your new Control Panel 2.0, I have one word to say. Awesome! It completely blows me away that you can integrate a web site to make these types of drastic changes to the server.
I contract out webpage design for local businesses in my area and so far I have two hosting accounts with LFC. It's service like this that keeps me recommending to my clients that they get hosted by LFC. Someday when I get some time between client websites, I'll get my own up and running and you can rest assured that LFC will have my business. Thanks again!

After searching through countless hosting providers, LFC Hosting was the one I went with. Comparing price versus features, they are very competitive, however their reliability and ability to work through problems was what made me stick with them. After 4 months with them, I now have 8 domains with them. From an international perspective (most of my customers are in Singapore) the sites load well and the service is quite good considering they are not in our time zone - we can always rely on LFC Hosting to get back to us within 24 hours. I strongly recommend them as a good, reliable web host.

I've never found a Hosting Provider so committed to service as LFC Hosting. From my experienced standpoint (I worked from 1997 to 2000 as key account manager for UNI2 - the leading spanish/french ISP and Hosting Provider), I know how difficult it is sometimes to provide high quality standards in service, and I feel impressed about the way you guys have managed my requests. Now I've been with LFC for some while, and I've become accustomed to the rhythm of how things work, and the somewhat different way that you do things. I've found the arrangements very satisfactory and economical.
I particularly like the "self-service" approach to support--if I do things myself, then I know just what has been done. The work to put it into an email is the same as the work to do it myself--but then, when I do it myself, it's done and I know it's done, I don't have to watch for someone else to do it.
I have quite a high opinion of your service, and as my business grows, my use of your service will as well.

I also wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with your service. All of my concerns, suggestions and problems have been dealt with very promptly. It is extremely nice to be partnered with an ISP that does not mind being a little flexible to accommodate a reseller's requests or needs (my request to make your FTP log-in message generic so my clients do not ask me how to log in to THEIR control panel). That alone is worth its weight in gold. Thank you!
